If you are not satisfied with the product or have changed your mind about your purchase, you may request an exchange or return within 7 days from the date you receive your order at your address.
If you wish to request an exchange, the product must be in perfect condition, with no signs of use, meaning it must be in the same condition as when you received it. In addition, the item must be returned in its original packaging.

After your exchange or return request is approved, you will receive a shipping authorization code by email. You must take the package to a Correios agency to ship the product.
We do not cover packaging costs, so we recommend using the original packaging (if it is not damaged) or a suitable box that protects the items during transportation.
